As a service provider, we are responsible for our own contents across our site in accordance to § 7 paragraph 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) abiding by the general laws. However, according to §§ 8 to 10 of the TMG, we are neither obliged as service providers to monitor third-party information conveyed or saved nor to investigate circumstances that indicate illegal activities.
Obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance to the general law remain unaffected. However, liability is only possible from the time of knowledge of a concrete legal infringement of rights. Upon identification of any such legal infringements, we will remove the content in question from our website immediately.
Liability for Links
Our website contains links to external third-party websites, the content of which we have no influence on. Therefore, we cannot assume any liability for the contents of these external websites. The respective provider or operators of the websites are always responsible for the contents of their sites. The linked sites were controlled for possible legal infringements at the time of linking and illegal contents were not identified at the time of linking.
